Limburger is in charge of stripping Chicago... but he has one little problem... three actually... mice. Each and every plot is foiled by the trio ending in the crashing of his Tower. His human face is not his real one, it's actually a mask that hides his Plutarkian features... one thing though is... the odour... no matter how hard... that cannot be masked!... The source of pain and suffering of every mouse.. stop snickering!..it's true..he used to use the mice as lab rats and tried to fit them up with bionic parts so they could serve the Plutarkain empire... but like a good little plan it backfired of course...and now every weapon we makes also backfires or malfunction's..or is destroyed.Fred the Mutant:
